Indian spiced potato wedges sw

- 4 medium size potatoes (170-227gm / 6-8 oz each)
- 2tsp ground cumin
- 1tsp ground turmeric
- 1tsp ground coriander
- Fry Light
- Mango chutney for dipping (optional – 2 Syns per level tablespoon)
1. Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220C / 425F / Gas Mark 7. Scrub the potatoes, then cut each in half lengthways and then in half lengthways again. Repeat until you have 8 even-shaped wedges. Rinse and pat dry.
2. Place the wedges in a bowl and sprinkle over the spices. Spray with Fry Light and stir until coated. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake until tender, about 45 minutes.
3. Serve immediately with mango chutney, if using, remembering to count the extra Syns accordingly.
