Italian sausage meatballs

600g of sausages
3/4 tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp dried basil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
1tbsp olive oil

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. Mix the dry ingredients together

2. Skin the sausages

3. Mix with the sausagemeat (in a food processor).

4. Heat the olive oil in a pan and roll the sausagement into balls

5. Cook the meatballs in the olive oil, turning frequently.

6. Serve with italian tomato sauce and pasta.
