1 cup mashed potatoes 2 sticks butter 3 eggs 7 ½ cups flour 2 tsps. Salt 2 ½ cups lukewarm water 1 cup sugar 1 pkg. Dry yeast

1. Mix dry yeast in warm water and blend. Set aside. Mix potatoes, softened butter, eggs, salt, and sugar. Add yeast water. Blend in flour and place in bowl. Cover with cold damp cloth and place in refrigerator for 8 hours. Roll out like pie crust 1/4 . Cut out. Butter tops and let rise 3 hours uncovered. Bake 15-20mintes at 425.
