Jam tarts

350g plain flour ,1 pinch of salt ,3 tsp caster sugar ,175g butter extra for greasing, 120ml water, 12 (or more) tsp of jam

Prep. Time → 50 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. 1.preheat the oven to 180c gas mark 4.

2. 2. With an electric whisk mix the flour, salt, sugar and butter until they look like like crumbs.

3. 3. Then with a wooden spoon mix in the water then shape it into a ball.

4. 4. Put it in the fridge for 30 mins or so.

5. 5. Grease the cake tin with a little bit of butter.

6. 6. Roll out the mixture on to a floured surface until thin.

7. 7. Cut the mixture with a cutter then place in the trays.

8. Bake for 10 mins .

8. 9. Put a tsp of jam in tart and then put them back in the oven for 15 mins.

9. 10. Finally put the tarts on a cooling rack to cool down.
