300g of pilau rice , 100g peas, 100g sweetcorn,150g red pepper chunks (small),
mixed herbs (2tsp) 1tsp tomato/garlic paste and 200g of chunked chicken/beef or both and 100g pinapple chunks

1. boil the rice then add all the ingredeants apart from the meat in a separate pan cook the meat then add to the rice leave for 5mins in the boiling water, serve with mint
