1 lb. beef (ground, tips, leftover roast, etc.)
1/2 small onion
1 package fresh sliced mushrooms
1 pkg McCormick mushroom gravy mix (brown gravy mix also works well)
1 cup cold water
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 can of milk
1 cup sour cream

1. Saute beef with salt and pepper to taste. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Combine. Mix gravy mix with water. Mix soup with milk. Add both to the meat mixture. Cook until gravy mix thickens. Add sour cream right before serving.

2. (May need to add more liquid)
