Japanese beef bowl
Recipe by500 grams Beef sirloin, sukiyaki cut
¼ cup Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Fine salt
¼ cup Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
2 tablespoons Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
1½ tablespoons Ginger, minced
1 piece White onion, sliced
1 cup Carrots, cut into sticks
1 piece Green bell pepper, seeded and cut into sticks
250 grams Togue
2 tablespoons Datu Puti Soy Sauce
½ teaspoon Fine salt
½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
6 cups Cooked rice
Prep. Time → 45 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. Marinate beef sirloin with Datu Puti Soy Sauce, salt and brown sugar for 30 minutes.
2. Heat Golden Fiesta Canola Oil in a wok. Stir-fry beef slices, about 3 minutes.
3. To prepare the Yasai Itame, heat Golden Fiesta Canola Oil in a separate pan, and sauté ginger and onions.
4. Increase heat, and add the carrots, bell pepper and togue. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Season with Datu Puti Soy Sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside.
6. Scoop out rice onto serving bowl. Top with beef and vegetables.
