Ingredients for 2 persons
250g of rump or sirloin steak....trim off all fat
Dash of olive oil
8 sliced radishes
2 heads of Baby Gem lettuce
Dressing
1 small grated carrot
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 chopped shallot
1 tbsp of grated root ginger

Directions
1. Brush the steak with 1 tsp oil and season. Heat a pan until very hot then sear the steak for 3 minutes each side. rest for 5 minutes and thinly slice. Mix the dressing ingredients together, pour over steak and lettuce and top with radishes
