Jhal muri recipe
Recipe by1. 3 cups puffed rice
2. 2 tbsp mustard oil ( main flavouring agent)
3. green chilies( as much as you can tolerate, that's why it is called 'jhal' meaning hot)
4. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
5. 1/4 tsp cumin powder
6. 1/4 tsp salt
7. 1/4 tsp aamchur
8. 2 tbsp cucumber, finely chopped
9. 2 tbsp tomato , finely chopped
10. 4 tbsp onion, finely chopped.
11. coriander leaves.
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 5 min
1. 1.Take the puffed rice in a large bowl.
2.Addthe chaat masala, cumin powder, salt and aamchur, mustard oil and mix well.
3.Add the chopped onions, cucumber, tomato to it.
4.Mix well but be careful that you do not make the puffed rice soggy.
5.Finally, serve jhal muri topped with coriander leaves.
