Kadai fish
Recipe byFish- 250g ( Cut into small pieces )
Onion-1 (chopped finely)
Ginger-2 tblspn chopped
garlic-5 podes chopped
Tomato-2 chopped
Coriander powder-2 tspn
Red chilli powder-1 tspn
Garam masala powder-1/4 tspn
Kasthuri methi-1 tblspn
Coriander leaves-1 tblspn
OIl
Salt
1. Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger and garlic.
2. Add chopped onions and saute till it turns light brown.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes are soft.
4. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder and fish pieces.Sprinkle salt.
Add 3-4 tblspn water.Mix well.Cover and cook in low flame till the fish pieces are well cooked.
5. Add coriander leaves, kasthuri methi and garam masala.Mix well ,cover and cook for few more mints.
6. Serve hot.
