Khobryachi wadi (coconut barfi)
Recipe byOne bowl overflowing with grated coconut, just less than one bowl sugar, some milk, khoya or milk cream

1. One katori overflowing with grated coconut, one katori little less than full sugar and a little milk. Smoothen these three in a mixie. Heat these in a pan, continuously stirring. Add 50 gm khoya or fresh cream from milk into this after it has started to heat up. It will initially melt and eventually start giving a rough texture. Keep stirring and heating and add cardamom powder before bringing it off the heat. If you are making it with one full coconut then you can add half a boiled potato to make it softer.
