Kilner noodles
Recipe by1 tsp ginger
3 tsp miso paste
3 tsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp ketjap manis
2 tsp bouillon
coriander or mint
35g noodles (vermicelli)
squeeze of lemon or line
Add any
Steamed brocolli, green beans, cabbage etc
Raw mushrooms, pepper, pak choi, spring onions, spinach, sweetcorn, frozen peas, grated carrot, grated courgette
Optional - few spoons of cooked quinoa

soft brown sugar
thai/curry paste/powder
Shredded chicken
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 2 min
1. Put the sauce in the bottom of the pot, add the noodles and veggies, then put any herbs in a bag in the top.
2. When ready to eat, remove the seasoning bag and add hot water.
3. Close the lid and leave for a minute or two.
4. Add the herbs/seasoning and stir. then eat.
