Kung Pao Chicken of belle1538 - Recipefy

1lb boneless chicken breast, cut into chunks
3Tbs white wine, divided
3Tbs soy sauce, divided
3Tbs sesame oil, divided
3Tbs cornstarch, dissolved in 3Tbs water
2oz chili paste
2tsp white vinegar
2tsp splenda brown sugar (4tsp regular brown sugar)
1Tbs chopped garlic
chopped peanuts to taste

Prep. Time → 60 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Combine 1Tbs wine, 1Tbs soy sauce, 1Tbs sesame oil, and 1Tbs cornstarch mixture in a one gallon ziptop bag and add chicken

2. Marinate for minimum of 30 minutes, but recommend overnight

3. Once the chicken has been marinated, grill the pieces on a heated grill or skillet

4. Meanwhile, make the sauce by combining remaining ingredients, except the peanuts. in small pan and heat until aromatic

5. Add grilled chicken to sauce and mix to coat chicken

6. Serve over rice with peanuts sprinkled on top
