Laurens pinapple upsidedown cake
Recipe by100g self raisng flower
100g soft margerine pref stork
100g caster sugar
2 free range eggs
6 pinapple rings
25g soft brown sugar
8 cherries
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 20-25 min
1. sieve flower into large bowl.
2. add margerine in chunks
3. add free range eggs.
4. mix until all ingredients have been combined until a runny mixture.
5. add 100g caster sugar into bowl.
6. whisk all ingredients together
7. put oil into a heat proof dish
8. sprinkle brown sugar into dish
9. lay out 6 pinapple rings onto the brown sugar
10. place cherries around the base.
11. add mixture onto the top.
12. place into the oven 180 or gas mark 5 for 20-25 mins
13. serve either warm or cold.
