Lazy steak

1.5lb braising or casserole steak
1Large onion
1red pepper
1 green pepper
8oz mushrooms
1 glass red wine vinegar (eg bistro chef) (redwine will work)
1tsp steak seasoning
2tsp minced garlic
2tbsp worcestershire sauce

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 130 min

1. Place large sheet tinfoil in an ovenproof dish.

2. Arrange steak in a single layer in the middle of the the tinfoil, sprinkle the steak seasoning onto the steak.

3. Slice the onion and separate into rings, arrange onion rings on top of steak.

4. Chop the red and green peppers into quarter inch pieces and place on top of onion slices.

5. wash and slice mushrooms and put them on top of the peppers.

6. add the remaining ingredients plus salt and pepper.

7. fold over the tinfoil making a tight parcel around the food.

8. place in the oven for 2-2.5 hours at 150c

9. serve with mash potatoes or new potatoes and veg
