Lemon breaded salmon with potato chunks

2 fileted salmon filets
2 potatoes
4 slices of white bread
4 t spoons of mixed herbs
2 t spoons of garlic salt
1 lemon sliced

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 40 min

1. put the bread in a blender with the half garlic and herbs and blend until mixed to crumbs then cover both salmon filets with the crumbs put in the oven for 30 to 40 mins then cut the potatoes into chunks and cover with the rest of the garlic salt and herbs then put in the oven for 30 to 40 min with a drizzle of oil
