Lemon garlic salmon fillets

2 Salmon Fillets
Splash of Lemon Juice
Teaspoon of minced Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Tin Foil

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Mix the lemon juice and garlic together.
Add Salt and Pepper
Spoon the mixture onto the salmon fillets
Wrap the salmon fillets in individual tin foil parcels ensuring you allow air around the fish and also that the parcel is sealed tight.
Cook for about 30 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
