Lotus pan fried rice wine chicken
Recipe byLotus: cut into pieces 1lb (about USB drive's thickness)
Chicken thigh/breast 0.6lb: cut into cubes. Marinated with 1 tsp of oil, 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp chicken broth powder (20 mins)
Seasoning
Garlic 3 cloves (minced)
Ginger 4 slices (minced)
Rice wine 1 cup
Chicken stock 2/3 can
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 25 min
1. Heat up the pan, add oil, garlic, ginger for 30 seconds
Add chicken and pan fry for 3 mins at high heat
Add rice wine 1 cup and cover with lid and cook 5-7 mins in medium heat
Put to plate
2. Heat up the pan, add oil, garlic, ginger for 30 seconds
Add sliced lotus and pan fry for 3 mins
Add chicken stock 2/3 can and cover with lid and cook at high heat for 12 minutes
3. Add both A & B and pan fried for 1 min and put into a plate
4. Ready to serve
