Low carb oatmeal raisin cookies
Recipe by1-1/4c smart balance butter
3/4c Splenda Brown Sugar (1-1/2c regular brown sugar)
1/2c Splenda
1 egg
1tsp vanilla extract
1c wheat flour
1tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
1-1/4tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
3c oats
1c raisins
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 20 min
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2. Beat butter, brown sugar, and splenda until fluffy
3. Beat in egg and vanilla
4. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and pumkin pie seasoning, mixing well
5. Stir in oats and raisins
6. Drop 1Tbs rounds onto baking sheet
7. Bake 10-11 minutes
8. Cool for 1 minute on baking sheet
9. Remove to wire rack and cool completely
10. Store in air tight container
