Low carb sausage snacks
Recipe by1 lb. Breakfast Sausage
1 Egg
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Almond Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Red Pepper flakes (optional, only if you like it spicy!)
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mush together until everything is well combined
3. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet (These don't spread very much so its ok if they are placed a little closely)
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes
5. Let cool, then enjoy!
6. (Store in fridge)
