MALAYSIAN FISH NOODLES of Tapashi Dey - Recipefy

Boneless fish (King fish or Asian seabass) 10 pieces (3 inches’), 3 cups boiled flat noodles, Garlic crushed 2 tbsp, Carrot ½ cup (dice cut), Capsicum ½ cup (dice cut), Spring onion green and white portion 1 cup finely chopped, Bean sprouts ½ cup, Fish sauce 1 tbsp, Soya sauce 2 tbsp, Lemon juice ½ cup, Chilli powder ½ tsp, Salt to taste, Oil for deep frying.

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 10 min

2. • Heat oil in high flame, rub salt over the fish and deep fry, keep aside
• Heat oil again, add garlic and onion, stir fry
• Add vegetables and cover the pan for few second
• Add noodles and fish
• Add salt and sauce
• Add chilli powder and lemon juice
• Toss well and serve hot
