Mama + nanna's homemade pie (peach, blueberry or apple)

1 Cup granulated sugar
3 Tablespoons Nutmeg
3 Tablespoons Cinnamon
1 Lemon
1 Pie Crust
2 Tablespoons Butter
For Peach Pie
3 Tablespoons Flour
12 Peaches, peeled and sliced
For Blueberry Pie
54 Ounces Blueberries
2 Tablespoons Flour
For Apple Pie;
12 Granny Smith or Cortland Apples, peeled and sliced
1 Tablespoon Flour
Prep. Time → 45 min
Cook Time → 45 min
1. Preheat the oven to 475.
2. Mix flour, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon into a bowl. Add the zest and juice of the lemon.
3. Place pie crust in the dish. Fill halfway with fruit and add half of the sugar mixture. Add a second layer of both fruit and filling.
4. Dot with butter and add top layer of crust.
5. Crimp the edges of the dough with fingers so that both crusts meet.
6. Cut an X shaped slit in the top of the pie.
7. Bake for 15 minutes at 475, 30 minutes at 350.
