Mango ripple ice lollies sw
Recipe by340g fresh mango, peeled, stoned and cut into bite size cubes
2 tbsp artificial sweetener
2 x 200g pots fat free natural yogurt
1. 1. Put the cubed mango in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, mix in 1 tbsp of the sweetener and set to one side. Place the yogurt in a separate bowl and stir in the remaining sweetener.
2. 2. Spoon the mango puree and then yogurt, in layers, into six ice loll,y moulds and carefully insert a lolly stick into each one. Place in the freezer for 6-8 hours or until firm.
3. 3. To serve, dip the moulds in warm water for a few seconds. gently easy the lollies out the moulds and eat immediately.
