Mango smoothie

Ingredients for 1 cup
1 tin of mango's
Half a cup of milk
1 Tbs sugar (Table spoon)
Half a cup of juice ( optional )
You will need a blender
Prep. Time → 2 min
Cook Time → 1 min

Directions
1. 1) Put mango into blender and long with all the other ingredients.
2) Blend for around 1 minute.
3) Serve in a glass and drink.
