15-20 kumquats, thinly sliced
2lb pice of cooked ham
30 cloves
9 oz of fine-cut marmalade
bay leaves, to garnish

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 200.
Arrange the slices of kumquat all over the ham
and stud with the cloves.
2. Heat the marmalade until runny and brush
over the ham.
Roast for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Garnish with bay leaves.
