Marshmallow cake!
Recipe by125 g Self Raising Flour
125 g Caster Sugar
125 g Unsalted Butter
2 large eggs
Vanilla Essence
300 g Marshmallows
12 inch cake tin
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 25 min
1. Cream the sugar & butter until smooth.
2. Beat the eggs
3. Gradually whisk eggs into sugar & butter until smooth
4. Sift flour
5. Fold in half of the flour to the smooth mixture
6. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla & remaining flour
7. Grease & line 12 inch cake tin
8. Place cake mixture in cake tin
9. Bake in 180 degree Celsius oven for 25 mins
10. Remove from oven & allow to partially cool
11. Remove from tin an cut horizontally through the middle
12. Spread marshmallows evenly on the base of sponge
13. Place top of sponge on top of marshmallow base
14. Allow to set.
