1.4Kilograms of Self Raising Flour
325 grams of butter or marjarine
150grams of sugar
milk to mix

Fruit Scones - add 4 125gams of sultanas
Cheese Scones - add 150 grams of cheese
Other varieties include, cherry apple and cinnimon, banana and walnut

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. rub butter into flour
add sugar
add milk
cut with large cutter into desired shape
