Meat Bags... of Kitchen Snippets - Recipefy

Maida/ all purpose flour-1.5 cups
Chicken-1 cup cooked and minced (see notes )
Onion-1 chopped
Ginger paste-1tblspn
Green chillies-2 chopped
Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
Garam masala-1/2 tspn
Salt
Oil- for frying

1. Take maida in a bowl, sprinkle salt and make a smooth dough by adding enough water.Add water little by little only while kneading the dough.

2. Heat oil in pan and suate onions,ginger and greean chillies.Saute till the onions turn golden brown.
Then add minced chicken,turmeric powder,garam masala powder and enough salt.Mix well,cover and cook in low flame for 5 mints.Remove from stove.

3. Take dough and make small equal balls.Take 1 ball and using and roller,roll it into a small circle.Then place some chicken masala in the middle and carefully pull all the edges of the circle upwards.Now it should look like a bag!!! ( picture below )
Pinch the dough ends together.

4. Repeat the same with all the remaining portions of dough.
Deep fry the masala bags in oil till they turn golden brown.

5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

7. 1. Cook chicken with 1 tblspn pepper powder and enough salt.
2.You can use any meat for making this recipe.Or you can use some veg- masala also.
