Meat Loaf of Rob Taylor - Recipefy

Lean Minced or Ground Beef (1kg)
2 Diced Onion (100g)
2 medium slice of Bread in breadcrumbs
2 large beaten Egg
A squirt of Tomato Puree, for taste (15g)
A splash of Hendo's Relish, for taste
1 OXO cube
Salt & Pepper
4/5 slices of streaky bacon

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 45-60 min

1. Line a large loaf tin with foil then with the bacon slices.

2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a big bowl and press into the loaf tin, making sure to exclude any air bubbles.

3. Wrap the foil and any extra bacon over the top and chill in fridge overnight.

4. Cook in a moderate oven for as long as it takes. The time is very dependent on the shape and thickness of your loaf so you need to check it is cooked when the juices run clear not pink.

5. I guess it will take between 45 mins and an hour, but don't blame me if it doesn't.
