Meatball pasta and bean one-pot

Meatballs
2 onions, finely chopped
3 celery sticks, diced
2 carrots, diced
3 garlic gloves, crushed or chopped
400g tin chopped tomatoes
1 litre chicken stock
175g macaroni
410g tin of cannellini beans, drained
Parsley

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 40 min

1. Fry meatballs, then set aside
fry onions, celery, carrots until soft
add garlic, fry for another minute
add stock and tomoatoes, boil then simmer for 10 mins
add macaroni and meatballs, simmer for another 10 mins
add beans, heat until hot(?)
season add parsley and serve
