Meatballs i made for my mums birthday
Recipe by300g Pork Mice
200g beef mince
sea salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 tbsp dried oregano
2 crushed Garlic cloves
2 tbsp Parmesan
1 egg
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 8 min
1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and form into small to medium balls usually between the size of a ping pong ball to a golf ball depending on taste
2. Leave the balls to chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours to firm up and prevent the balls from braking up in the frying process
3. Place a pan on a medium-high heat and fry on each side for 4-5 minutes a side depending on size
4. Serve immediately with a tomato sauce and pasta or by itself for people to help themselves
