Melt-in-your-mouth vegan white chocolate cranberry hearts
Recipe by3 tablespoons of cocoa butter
1 tablespoon of coconut cream
1-2 teaspoons of sweetener of your choice (I used powdered sugar)
Vanilla extract – optional
Dried cranberries – optional
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 0 min
1. Melt the cocoa butter and add the sugar, vanilla extract and coconut cream, and mix everything well.
2. Put the dried cranberries on the bottom of your molds and pour the white chocolate mixture over them.
3. Put in the freezer or fridge until the hearts have hardened. Store them in the fridge until you are ready to eat them.
