Meringue cookies

2 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
6oz mini chocolate chips

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
2. Beat egg whites until stiff.
3. Gradually add sugar and beat on high for 5 minutes.
4. Fold in vanilla and chips.
5. Drop from teaspoon onto foil lined cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 1 hour.
