Methi with garlic and wadi

Green Methi - 1 small bunch
Potato - 1 medium sized
Garlic Pods - 8-10
Wadi ( crushed ) - 5-6

Kalonji - 1/4 tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Sugar - 1 tsp.
Haldi - 1/5 tsp.
Chopped green chilli - 2

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. In oil put kalonji.

2. Then add small diced potatoes, wadi, 2 tbsp. of water.

3. Cover and cook till potatoes are soft.

4. Add crushed garlic and then finely chopped Methi, salt, sugar, Haldi, chopped green chillies.

5. Cover it till the water dries up and the color of the veggies do not change.

6. Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
