2 c Stock
2 lbs Beef Stew meat
2 green plantains
2 medium bell peppers
1 poblano pepper
1 onion
6 garlic cloves
Spices: cumin, paprika, cilantro, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, cinnamon and salt

2 medium avocados
1 lime cut into wedges

Directions
1. Chop up all your ingredients where necessary and put in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours. Serve in bowls and top with avocado and lime wedges!
