Ingredients for 2 people to 3 people
Basmathi rice-1 cup
Onion-3 tblspn chopped
Cabbage-1/2 cup chopped
Sweet corn-1/4 cup or less( as per your need )
Mexican red chilli powder/paprika/kashmiri chilli powder-1/4 tspn
Oil
Salt

Directions
1. Cook rice adding salt.Drain water completely and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan.Add onion,cabbage and sweet corn.Let onion and cabbage become soft( don't let them change colour)
Now add salt and chilli powder.Saute well.Quickly add cooked rice and mix everything well.Check salt and add more if needed.
Remove from fire.Mexican rice is ready to be served.
