Microwave corn pudding

2 Tbsp. butter 1 cup milk 2 Tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 can cream corn 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. sugar

1. In 1 quart casserole melt butter for 20 seconds. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cook covered 9 minutes or til a little soft in center. Stir once. Let stand 2 minutes.
