Millefeuille with bacon and cheese

Bacon 300g halved
Kosher 300g thinly sliced 4 tablespoons grated
Milk 1 cup of coffee
eggs 1
a little butter
Salt - Pepper
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 40 min
1. Grease the pan , we lay the first sheet of puff pastry , pierce with a fork all over and put first the bacon slices after kosher and above add the second sheet of puff pastry . The drill everywhere again and add the remaining bacon and kosher . Place the third sheet of pastry , press it a little stick and carve with the knife a bit. Finally sprinkle with grated kosher and pour the egg after the first hit with the milk. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.20
