Mini oreo chesecake recipe

16 oreos: crushed/whole ones
2 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened at room temp
2 Tbsp sour cream
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 whole eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pinch of salt

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. 1. Take a muffin tin, and spray with non stick spray. Put a whole oreo on the bottom of tin. Preheat oven to 350*.

2. 2. In a mixer bowl, add cream cheese. Add sour cream, eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix. Add oreo crumbs. Mix.

3. 3. Pour batter in scoops in muffin tin. Put in oven 350* for 16 mins.

4. 4. When done, let cool room temp, then put in fridge for a few hours, till there complely cold and chilled. Take out of tin and serve. Put a oreo on top of mini cheesecake.
