Mixed berry eton mess

Ingredients for serves 1 Extra Easy – 4 syns per serving Green – 4 syns per serving Original – 4 syns per serving

Ingredients

1 meringue (3 syns) – syns may vary
6 tablespoons of fat free strawberry yoghurt
1/2 cup of mixed frozen berries defrosted
4 tablespoons light aerosol cream (1 syn)

Directions

1. Method

2. In a bowl mix together the yoghurt and berries. (save a couple of the berries for the top)
Crumble in your meringue
Spoon into a glass and top with your cream and a the saved berries.
Enjoy!!
A yummy and very quick dessert for those times when you fancy something sweet.
