20 ginger snaps
2 cups water

2 lbs browned and drained ground chuck
1 onion diced
14 oz bottle catsup
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tbl vinegar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbl beef boullion
1 lemon seeded and sliced thin
4 cups water

3 hard cooked eggs

1. soak the ginger snaps in the 2 cups water
mix next 10 ingredients and bring to a boil
simmer for 1 hour
add ginger snaps and cook an additional 5 minutes
add sliced hard cooked eggs
