Mom's french vegetables

2 brats
3/4 onion, chopped
3-4 cloves of garlic
4 tomatoes, chopped
large handful green beans
2 small zucchini
red, yellow, and green peppers, chopped
asparagus
cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 - 3/4 C white wine
2 T olive oil
3-4 globs pesto
rosemary
salt & pepper

1. Open the brats squeeze them into large saute pan or dutch oven.

2. Brown sausage; pour off fat.

3. Add onion and garlic; saute.

4. Add tomatoes and S&P. Cook for a few minutes.

5. Add green beans and S&P. Cook for a few minutes.

6. Stir in remaining ingredients (and appropriate amount of S&P). Cover and cook until vegetables are well done.
