1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 1/2 cups flat gingerale
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 egg
2 tbsps bread crumbs
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
garlic powder to taste
worcestershire sauce

Directions
1. Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs & seasonings. Make toonie sized balls of meat
2. Combine ketchup, ginger & worcestershire sauce (to taste) and bring to a boil in large pot.
3. Add meatballs to sauce.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for two hours
