Mom’s sticky cinnamon buns
Recipe by1/2 cup extra warm water
1/2 cup warm milk
1/8 cup oil
1 egg beaten slightly
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
4 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp yeast
butter
brown sugar
cinnamon
1 cup pecans
maple syrup
1. Place first 8 ingredients in bread maker, set machine to dough. Remove and roll out on floured surface to about 16x6. Spread with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and cut into 9 pieces.
2. Spray or grease a corning ware dish, spread maple syrup and pecans on bottom. Place rolls on top and cover with a towel and place in 175° oven for about 1/2 an hour, until doubled.
3. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes
