My favorite crepes

Ingredients
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
1. Combine eggs, milk, flour, oil and salt, beat till well mixed.
2. Heat a lightly greased skillet and pour a small amount of batter (enough to thinly cover the bottom of the skillet).
3. Pick the skillet up and turn it to spread batter over entire bottom of pan. Cook on medium high heat until crepe is firm.
4. *Excellent served with a sprinkle of icing sugar, peanut butter, fruit, berries, honey.
