2.00 tbsp, Unsweetened Shredded Organic Coconut - Net Carbs
1 egg, Large Egg - Generic
1 tablespoons (15g), Hulled Hemp Seed
2 tbsp(s), Almond Meal
1 tbsp(s), Almond Butter
Spices/Flavors of your choosing (for example)
0.50 tsp(s), Vanilla extract
0.50 tsp(s), Spices - Cinnamon, ground
0.25 tsp(s), Spices - Turmeric, ground
0.25 tsp (0.5g), Ground Ginger
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 5 min
1. Blend all ingredients together in blender, food processor or with an immersion blender. Cook over low-medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches thickened consistency. Top with your favorite oatmeal toppings!
