Nenthrapazham moru curry
Recipe by1.Ethapazham/Nenthrapazham-1 small cut into cubes
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
Salt
2.Coconut Oil-1 tspn
Mustard seeds-1/4 tspn
Fenugreek seeds-1/4 tspn
Green chilli-2 chopped finely
Curry leaves-1 sprig
Red chilli powder-1/4 tspn
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
Hing/Kayam-a pinch
Curd-1 1/2 cup
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 10 min
1. Cook nenthrapazham cubes with turmeric,salt and little water.Cook till water dries up and nenthrapazham is soft.
2. Heat oil in another pan.Splutter mustard seeds and fenugreek seed.Add green chilli and curry leaves.Then simmer the flame and
add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and hing/kayam.(don't burn the powders ).Saute quickly and add the cooked nenthrapazham cubes.Mix well.
Now add curd and enough salt.Mix well.Nenthrapazham Moru Curry is ready to serve.
