8 corn tortillas
1 cup black beans
12-14 oz of shredded rotisserie chicken meat
1 ripe avocado
1 cup shredded cheese (pepperjack works best)
1 cup thinly cut romaine lettuce
1 cup chunky salsa

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 F and arrange the tortillas on a baking sheet in a single layer. Brush the tortillas with a little bit of olive oil.
Bake for 3-5 minutes and lower the heat to keep warm.
Meanwhile heat the beans and chicken in the microwave or in separate pots till they are hot.

2. Spread the beans and chicken on the warm tostadas and then top them with cheese, lettuce, salsa, and avocado
