Oat Bars of Forbidden - Recipefy

750ml oats
125ml muesli
125ml brown sugar
60ml cake flour
5ml bicarbonate of soda
pinch of salt
10ml ground cinnamon
125ml almonds or pecan nuts, roughly chopped
250ml dried apricots, finely chopped
125ml dried cranberries or sultanas
20ml sesame seeds
20ml pumpkin seeds
20ml sunflower seeds
125ml oil
2 eggs, whisked

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. Preheat oven to 160C and line 24 x 18cm cake tin with baking paper

2. mix ingredients (except for oil and eggs) in large bowl

3. whisk the oil and eggs and stir into oat mixture

4. spoon mixture into cake tin and press down firmly with back of spoon

5. bake for 25min

6. cool slightly before cutting into bars

7. remove from tin and leave to cool completely

8. store in airtight container
