Onion and wholegrain mustard soup

Ingredients for 2-3 People
2 Large Onions
2-3 Garlic Cloves
800ml Chicken or Veg Stock
200ml single cream
50g butter
50g flour
3(approx!) tbsp wholegrain mustard

Cook Time → 20 min

Directions
1. Chop onions and garlic, soften in butter.
Add the stock, stir in the flour and simmer for 15 mins.
Blend until smooth.
Add the cream and mustard.
Heat through.
Season to taste.
Serve with batter onion rings and / or garlic bread.
